Transport Infrastructure Management Limited is the operator for the  Management, Operation and Maintenance Contract (MOM) for the Tsing Ma Control Area awarded by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region until May 2013.

Within the contract period we pledge to offer the motorists and users of the Tsing Ma Control Area a smooth and safe passage.  The Company and its staff also endeavour to undertake services including toll collection for the Government, vehicle recovery and escort, traffic control, highway and tunnel patrol, inspection and maintenance for the expressway network, etc.
